Parking is available for 20CAD per day, per vehicle.  Be sure to register your plates at the Front Desk upon Arrival. Please ensure proper stay dates are selected to view available room types.  Should results return with no availability, please advise your group contact or the hotel directly and reference group minicode ANN.

Submission Guidelines:

  • Abstract Length: Maximum 250 words
  • Format: Structured abstracts with sections for Background, Methods, Results, and Conclusion
  • Submission Deadline: Feb 28 2025
  • Notification of Acceptance: March 14 2025

Submission Process:

  1. Toggle over profile name
  2. Select my submissions
  3. Select submit abstract
  4. Follow the prompts
  5. Ensure all submissions are received by the deadline to be considered for review.

Presentation Formats:

  • Concurrent - Oral presentation, 20 minutes in duration, 10 minutes for questions
  • Plenary - Oral presentation, 45 minutes in duration, 15 minutes for questions
  • Pecha Kucha - Oral presentation, 6 minutes in duration, maximum of 20-24 slides
  • Workshops - Oral interactive presentation, 60-90 minutes in duration. Must include audience participation and learning objectives


We encourage submissions from all areas of neuroscience nursing, including clinical practice, research,

education, and policy. This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your work, network with peers, and

contribute to the advancement of neuroscience nursing.
